      单倍体原核细胞进化成真核细胞的根本原因是染色体加倍、膜堆积。10亿年前的早期寒武纪出现了细菌类原核生物向真核细胞过渡演变。原核细胞没有成形的细胞核,只有拟核,细胞器只有核糖体和内质网膜,只有营养丰富、生长良好时才会有丰富的膜堆积。分裂方法是无丝分裂,一般都有肽聚糖细胞壁。都是单倍体。包括细菌、蓝藻类、衣原体、支原体等。生命阶段以单倍体配子为主,DNA裸露,没有复杂的染色体。动植物细胞都是真核细胞。真核细胞直径是原核细胞的10-100倍。几乎都是二倍体,细胞体积大。真核细胞有叶绿体或线粒体,有成形的细胞核,有多种细胞器。进行有丝分裂,生命阶段以2倍体孢子体为主,染色体多条,有复杂结构的2倍体染色体。细胞壁是多糖类纤维素和果胶。内质网膜非常发达,膜堆积多。真核细胞可能是原核细胞结合形成2倍体大细胞,DNA加倍。因此历史上产生了错误的共生学说。也可能细菌形成孢子时,DNA复制后没有及时分开,反而堆积粘连在一起,变成二倍体细胞孢子。遗传物质加倍的结果导致细胞直径扩大10--100倍。单倍体加倍成二倍体往往会出现细胞体积扩大,蛋白质和糖类增加,营养物质富余更多,内质网膜极大丰富,等变化。直径变大10倍,表面积就扩大100倍,体积就会扩大1000倍。结果合成的大量膜物质就只能堆积在细胞内部形成丰富的内质网膜。大量膜物质包围光合作用、呼吸作用、DNA反应区,形成叶绿体、线粒体、细胞核。即膜堆积学说。单倍体原核细胞进化成二倍体真核细胞的根本原因是染色体加倍、膜堆积,产生孢子体为主的二倍体真核生物。但是低等植物藻类、蕨类还是保留了长期的单倍体配子体,甚至也有根茎叶。进入配子结合的生殖阶段才产生二倍体孢子体,有更加发达的根茎叶器官。低等动物也是有长久的单倍体配子时期。原核细胞【配子】→配子结合或DNA复制加倍→细胞变大→内质网膜堆积→真核细胞【孢子体】、叶绿体、线粒体。可见原核细胞生物进化成为真核细胞生物是长期的缓慢的过程,逐渐过渡,不是一蹴而就的。大量膜物质包围光合作用、呼吸作用、DNA反应区,形成叶绿体、线粒体、细胞核。即膜堆积学说。单倍体原核细胞进化成二倍体真核细胞的根本原因是染色体加倍、膜堆积。

     

附带【地球生命大爆发和6次大灭绝】

一、最早生物大灭绝出现于4亿4000万年前的奥陶纪晚期,其原因是氧气含量持续升高,二氧化碳含量下降,全球变冷,再次出现大冰川,85%的生物死亡。其中主要是海洋底栖生物。但是我个人认为引起灭绝的主要原因是坚硬的骨板鱼类兴起吃光灭绝了许多海洋虫类。但是一些文章认为可能是伽马射电暴和大冰川引起奥陶纪大灭绝。奥陶纪与寒武纪生物有许多共同的化石。寒武纪、奥陶纪是藻类植物、海洋虫类繁盛时代。奥陶纪与寒武纪地球生命经历大爆发和大灭绝。

二、3.8亿年前,地球正处于泥盆纪晚期,在这个时期,地球上的海洋生物遭受重创;导致此次生物大灭绝的原因,可能是多次小行星撞击以及火山喷发综合作用的结果。我认为是地球板块运动和地球水分散失,导致许多陆地浮出水面,出现辽阔的沼泽地带。导致大量海洋生物灭绝,两栖类登上陆地并且繁盛。

三、二叠纪生物大灭绝,大约在2.5亿年前盘古超大陆分离,主要元凶就是:超级地幔柱的喷发引起地球板块分裂运动。地球迎来了历史上大规模一次生物大灭绝。

四、2亿年前,地球又迎来了一次生物大灭绝三叠纪生物大灭绝,此次导致了76%的生物灭绝。开始了爬行动物、恐龙类大发展时期,即爬行动物时代——中生代。

五、白垩纪生物大灭绝——地球第五次生物大灭绝就是我们最熟悉的恐龙大灭绝。地球板块分裂运动引发地球历史上少有的喜马拉雅造山运动、环太平洋地震火山带活动、大西洋分裂扩大活动,美洲板块、南极洲板块、澳洲板块漂移。引发的大量地震、火山喷发活动导致地球连续几百万年处于火山灰覆盖天空的灰蒙蒙雾霾气候之中,出现持续300万年的大冰川,造成地球生物大灭绝。我认为不一定是小行星撞击地球造成的,可能只是地球板块运动。但是小行星撞击引发全球板块碎裂和火山地震是流行广泛的观点。地球迎来了历史上影响学生认知最熟悉的一次生物大灭绝。许许多多学生都喜欢恐龙。然后进入哺乳类和人类进化阶段。

六、人类城市扩张导致地球发生了第6次生物大灭绝。人类破坏野生动植物生存条件,动植物数量急剧减少。生物大灭绝和随后发生的生物类群大爆发现象说明环境变化引发生物群体进化。这是生物类群大规模进化的主要动力和主要方式。环境变化是原因,基因突变是少数。金鱼养殖表明生物形态的变化不一定需要基因突变。可以是基因差异很小,个体形态差异很大。金鱼许多性状变异与细胞核DNA遗传无关,而是个体自身因素。
